The eight mountain restaurants in the SkiArena offer culinary delights under the motto "Mountain Food". This means that restaurateur Marco Però and his team attach particular importance to local and regional products. Cheese, fruit, sausage and herbs from the region make the cuisine authentic and special. Urner and Bündner specialities are served and reinterpreted with love for detail.
Whether it's a menu suitable for children, a traditional fondue or refined pasta - in the restaurants of the SkiArena guests will find what tastes good. And they should recognise the beauty of the region in the dishes. Because the water from the Gotthard massif is of special quality, all restaurants offer free still and sparkling mountain water. PET bottles are not used in the SkiArena for environmental reasons.
